Prices Apartments / Rooms (per day)

The price includes:

• Breakfast (only room Cherry)
• Bedding and bath towels
• Final cleaning (Daily cleaning at room Cherry)
• DolomitiMobil Card – a holiday card with a wide range of services in the Funes/Villnöss Valley and surroundings

1. General conditions

The prices are quoted per apartment per night and are meant for a minimum stay of 3 nights, including all services.

Persons aged 14 years and over will from 01.01.2024 have to pay a tourist tax of 2,50 € per person per night. This fee is not included in the prementioned prices and it is only payable on departure.

2. Arrival and departure

Arrival: The apartment is available from 2 pm onwards. In case of arrival after 6 pm, please telephone to let us know.

Departure: We ask that you leave your room by 10 am on departure day.

3. Terms of payment

Deposit: The rooms are considered booked when a deposit of € 150 is paid, via bank transfer to the Cassa Raiffeisen di Funes, S. Pietro 119 I-39040 Funes. Swift-Code: RZSBIT21049. IBAN-Code: IT54 D 08094 58410 00030 0002 135.

4. Cancellation

Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumers’ Code): the right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers’ Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal: the deposit is kept as a penalty in case of cancellations, and international cancellation conditions apply. For booking cancellations received at least 1 month in advance no penalty is charged, after which 50% of the total price is deducted. For late arrival or early departure, 70% of the price for the booked period not used is deducted.

5. Pets

Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet with you. Pets are not allowed in the breakfast room. They must absolutely not disturb the quiet of the house. Notice that we reserve the right to charge a little supplement.
